Grill Kabob has been a part of Santa Clarita since 2006. Originally founded by Ara Karamian, it quickly became a favorite among locals for its fresh, homemade Mediterranean flavors. My wife and I have been loyal customers for the past 18 years. When the opportunity arose in July 2024 to take over the restaurant, we knew we had to continue its legacy. Today, our family (Woldetsadik family) proudly runs Grill Kabob, with our son helping out on weekends.

We believe food should be simple, fresh, and flavorful. Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch, using time-honored recipes and carefully selected Mediterranean spices. Our Chicken Kabob and Beef Shish Kabob are marinated in-house, and our Hummus and Greek Salad are made fresh daily. These flavors are what set us apart—you won’t find our recipes anywhere else.
